WHO WE ARE

Our Purpose

MISSION

Shaping Destinies, Influencing Society

VISION

Our vision is to see lives (destinies) transformed through example, impartation, the Word, relationships and the Holy Spirit.

This vision shapes everything we do — our programmes and the services we run.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Values

We believe in the headship of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We receive direction from the Holy Spirit and motivation from God and His word.

We believe the Bible and are committed to living by the unadulterated word of God.

We are passionate about people. People come first and we strive to meet their needs in all that we do.

We build our relationships on trust and integrity with honest communication.

We pursue excellence through exceptional practices, honouring God and inspiring people.

We continue to strive for uncompromising quality in all that we do.

We are committed to winning souls for the Kingdom of God and sharing His love with others.

Our Vision Drivers

Shaping Destinies. Influencing Society.

At Trinity Chapel, our faith shapes how we serve people, strengthen our community and influence the world around us. Our five vision drivers guide how we grow and work together to fulfil this calling.

These five drivers are part of our shared culture, helping us build a church where people belong, grow and are equipped to make a difference.

We make room for the people God is bringing into our community. Through a warm welcome, meaningful connections and intentional discipleship, we help new members find their place, grow in faith and become actively involved in church life.

We work with clarity and purpose, making thoughtful use of our time, gifts and resources. We continually review how we serve so that our efforts advance the vision and make a meaningful, measurable difference.

We pursue excellence across every area of church life. While our ministries serve in different ways, we share a commitment to quality, accountability and continuous improvement, reflecting our faith with integrity and consistency.

We communicate the timeless truth of God’s Word in ways that are vibrant, relevant and engaging. We create space for younger generations to connect and flourish while valuing the wisdom and contribution of older generations.

We strengthen collaboration across our ministries and teams, sharing ideas, gifts and resources. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we build unity and deepen our collective impact as we pursue our vision together.
